Atreus has represented hundreds of workers in a variety of labor issues for many years now. He has represented workers to solve very simple to very complex issues, all the way from the initial grievance, through arbitration.
With over 15 years of law enforcement experience as a Probation Officer and then a State Parole Agent, as well as winning 2 Mandamus law appeals (Pro Per) over the span of 11 years; he is persistent, and can help guide you through the difficulties in your case while giving you straight answers.
Atreus has successfully negotiated several very favorable labor contracts as the chief negotiator, and is in the process of preparing to negotiate future employment contracts for other groups.
He is currently working closely with a Teamsters Local to preserve worker rights on all fronts.
